Who we are

Spek (“we”, “us”) provides an AI voice agent for businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, consistent with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Spam Act 2003.

What we collect

• The work email address you enter to start the live demo.
• The domain derived from that email, and a short, automatically generated summary of your business based on your public website (used only to tailor the demo).
• Basic details from a demo conversation (e.g. name, phone, or enquiry) if you choose to provide them.

How we use it

We use your email to run and personalise the demo and to follow up about your enquiry. We do not sell your information. We will only send you marketing communications if you have separately consented, and you can opt out at any time.

Storage & retention

Information is stored securely and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time.
